Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with PocketPacer Pro. If it isn't a fit, we offer a straightforward refund.
1. 30-day money back
You can request a full refund of your PocketPacer Pro purchase within 30 days of the original transaction date, for any reason. No need to explain why — we'll just ask for the email address you used at checkout.
2. How to request a refund
Email us at support@pocketpacer.app with:
- The email address used to purchase Pro
- The approximate date of purchase
- Optionally, a short note about why (we use this to improve the app)
3. Response time
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Refunds are processed the same business day we confirm your request.
4. How the refund is issued
Refunds are issued through Stripe back to the original payment method. Stripe typically takes 5–10 business days to return the funds to your bank or card, depending on your provider. Once a refund is issued, Pro access is revoked on all linked devices.
5. After 30 days
Outside the 30-day window, refunds are at our discretion. We will consider exceptional cases such as duplicate charges, failed verification, or material defects that prevent Pro from working. Contact support@pocketpacer.app and we'll review.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank — we can almost always resolve the issue faster directly. Chargebacks without a prior support contact may delay resolution.
