Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the PocketPacer app and services (together, “PocketPacer”). By using PocketPacer you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the service.
1. The service
PocketPacer is a running calculator and race-planning tool. It provides estimates for pace, splits, finish times and energy strategy. These outputs are informational and should not replace medical or coaching advice. Always train responsibly and consult a professional before starting an intense training program.
2. PocketPacer Pro
PocketPacer Pro is a one-time purchase that unlocks additional features on the devices linked to the email address used at checkout. Pro access is personal and non-transferable. We may add, modify or remove Pro features over time. If we materially reduce Pro functionality within 30 days of your purchase, you may request a full refund.
3. Purchases and restore
Payments are processed by Stripe in the currency shown at checkout. Pro access is automatically granted on the purchasing device. To restore Pro on another device, request a verification email from the in-app restore screen. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code
- Resell, sublicense or redistribute Pro access
- Use the service to send spam or abusive content
- Interfere with service availability or security
5. Intellectual property
PocketPacer, its name, logo, design and code are owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal purposes.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of PocketPacer. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. You may stop using PocketPacer at any time and request deletion of your purchase record by emailing support.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
